Roof rejuvenation with C&D costs $1.00 to $1.50 per square foot of roof surface, cleaning included. That’s a range, not a quote. Chris sets your number at the free assessment, after he measures the roof.
Run these numbers before you sign anything. It takes about a minute.
Two worked examples
Roofers measure in squares. One square is 100 square feet of roof. Your roof is bigger than your floor plan, because it slopes and hangs past the walls.
A smaller roof: 20 squares
That’s 2,000 square feet of roof. At $1.00 a square foot, it’s $2,000. At $1.50, it’s $3,000.
A 2,500 square foot house: about 30 squares
One Woodlands roofer says a home this size might have a 28 to 32 square roof. Call it 30 squares, or 3,000 square feet. That works out to $3,000 to $4,500.
Price your own roof in three steps
- Find the roof size. If a roofer gave you a replacement quote, it’s probably on there, in squares. No quote? Our instant roof estimate works from your address.
- Multiply the squares by 100. Now you have your roof in square feet.
- Multiply that by $1.00 for the low end and by $1.50 for the high end.
Your real number lands somewhere in that range. Chris pins it down at the free roof assessment, and the photos are yours to keep.

Next to the price of a new roof
That same roofer publishes $20,000 to $32,000 for most Woodlands replacements. A treatment isn’t a cheaper version of that, though. It’s a different job for a different roof. It only makes sense if your roof is still sound. If it isn’t, Chris will tell you so and point you to a roofer.
Our price covers the soft wash and the treatment on every slope. Gutter cleaning and pressure washing are priced on their own, and we can do them the same day if you like. The assessment is free whether you go ahead or not. To see what pushes a price up or down inside the range, read our roof rejuvenation cost page. Got a question about the numbers?
